Executive Overview
STRAP (Safety Trauma, Accountability & Prevention) is a structured, trauma-informed intervention program designed to support youth who are impacted by, or vulnerable to, sexual exploitation and trafficking.
STRAP is used by courts, probation departments, and alternative education programs as a diversion, accountability, and stabilization tool, addressing the behavioral and environmental indicators that place youth at heightened risk.
This program is not punitive, not interrogative, and not disclosure-based.
It is protective, educational, and court-accountable.
